If you need a Visa in order to study in Spain we strongly recommend that you apply very early, as you may need around 6-8 weeks to complete the VISA application procedure. A visa may be applied for through the Spanish consulate or embassy. It is an endorsement made in your passport indicating that the intended purpose of your visit is acceptable to the foreign government.

At the Embassy, you will have to show an acceptance letter from the school. Before we send you said letter, you will have to pay the fees in full in advance. In the case that the application for a Visa is refused by the Spanish Embassy or Consulate, we will refund all the money except an administrative charge of 150 € (only if you have an IBAN number because we do not work with Western Union or Moneygram), after receiving the refusal letter from the Spanish Embassy or Consulate.

Important note AIP does not participate in the visa process, we can give you some general information and orientation but you will have to check all the facts with the Embassy regarding documents, deadlines and requirements to obtain the visa.
