Paragraph 5.2 of the Rules and Regulations
A pre-registration certificate will be provided after receipt of the payment of the deposit.
Important: Students agree to apply for their entry visa to France with sufficient advance time (at least two months in advance) in order to facilitate their enrolment and in order to obtain their visa at least 4 weeks prior to the course date (that is the deadline for payment of the balance of fees owing).
All students must take the necessary steps to inform themselves of the conditions necessary for obtaining a visa to enter France before beginning the registration procedure or making any payments to Lyon Bleu International. Lyon Bleu International cannot be held responsible for any changes in the terms or conditions for entry to France. LBI will provide a certificate of pre-registration upon payment of the deposit as indicated in paragraph 5.1. LBI will send this document by email and by regular mail upon request by the student.
If requested by the student, LBI will send the document by DHL if the student pays for this service in advance.
Upon Receipt of Entry Visa
Paragraph 5.2 of the Rules and Regulations
Lyon Bleu must be informed as soon as the visa is granted by the french authorities.
After receipt of the visa, and no later than 4 weeks before the course start date, students must pay the balance of all fees owing for their program. If LBI has not received notice from the student indicating that the visa has been received, then LBI will send an email to the student 4 weeks before the course start date requesting this information. If the student does not reply to LBI within 48 hours, LBI will cancel the course enrolment and accommodation reservation.
If Lyon Bleu Did not receive the necessary information, a reminder email will be sent 30 days before the start of the courses. Without answer within 48 hours, the registration and reservation of accommodation will be suspended.
In case of delay in the procedure of obtaining a visa
Paragraph 5.2 of the Rules and Regulations
The student can maintain the original course start date or change the course start date.
– If he wishes to maintain the initial dates, and he is certain that the visa will be issued on time, Lyon Bleu requests the full payment of the remaining balance no later than 30 days before the starting date of the courses.
If the student wishes to change the course start date because the visa will not be delivered on time, the student can select a new start date, one time only without additional charge.
For any subsequent request to change the course start date, the student will have to pay an additional fee of 55€. Under such circumstances, LBI will not be able to guarantee accommodation under the same condition if the new date is 3 weeks or longer after the original course start date.
In the event of a visa refusal

If the request to cancel is received by LBI less than 18 days before the course start date, the deposit will be refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the course fees to a maximum of 450€. The registration fee and the accommodation booking fee (if accommodation was requested) are non-refundable.
